Every morning started so beautifully gentle movement, fresh air, and the most delicious homemade granola the chef prepared, which quickly became everyone’s favourite.
Faye has such a natural way of bringing people together. She quietly supports everyone, checking in, encouraging, and creating a space where you feel completely comfortable just being yourself. The balance of Yoga, Pilates and relaxation was perfect, and I felt my stress melt away day by day.
