Meet Faye
I’m Faye, a Yoga, Pilates and BodyBalance teacher with over 20 years of experience helping people move, feel and live better.
I’m also mum to three beautiful girls, who have always been my greatest inspiration to stay vibrant, healthy and full of energy.
My journey with movement has taken me around the world. Living in the UAE was a particularly inspiring chapter, where I was immersed in a culture that celebrated wellness, sunshine and an active lifestyle. That experience deepened my passion for holistic wellbeing and strengthened my belief that movement, mindset and community are powerful tools for transformation.
Today, I bring all of these experiences together in my teaching.
My work blends the physical benefits of movement with the deeper emotional and energetic connection we all need. Whether you are joining me in a class, a private session or on retreat, my goal is simple: to help you feel stronger in your body, calmer in your mind and more connected to yourself.


My Philosophy
At the heart of everything I offer is one simple belief:
Life flows like a river always forward, never backwards.
When we learn to move with that flow, rather than resist it, we create space for strength, calm, clarity and connection.
Flow With Faye is built on the idea that movement is not just physical it is emotional, energetic and deeply personal. Some days we need power and strength. Other days we need softness and stillness. My approach honours both, blending Yoga and Pilates in a way that supports exactly what you need in the moment.
I believe:

Through mindful movement, meditation and holistic practices, I create spaces where you can release tension, build confidence and reconnect with yourself. Whether in a private session, a class, or on retreat, my intention is to help you move with ease and trust the natural rhythm of your body.
